EVENTS WE PRODUCE
Five event formats. One crew that runs all of them.
Bluefox Production is a Kansas City–based event production company that produces five types of events nationwide: corporate meetings, conferences and summits, all-company meetings, galas and fundraisers, and hybrid and virtual events. Each format has its own standard production package, scaled to audience size, venue, and agenda, and run by the same in-house crew from planning through show day.

Listen and plan
Every project starts with a conversation about your goals, audience, and agenda, followed by a venue site visit and a production plan with clear, itemized pricing.
Build and rehearse
The crew loads in, builds the show, and runs a technical rehearsal with your presenters so nothing is tested for the first time in front of the audience.
Run the show
A dedicated technical director calls every cue on show day while the crew operates audio, video, and lighting, then strikes and loads out on schedule.
EVENT TYPE FAQS
What types of events does Bluefox Production produce?
Bluefox Production produces corporate meetings, conferences and summits, all-company meetings, galas and fundraisers, and hybrid and virtual events. Most events fall between 75 and 500+ attendees. Bluefox is based in the Kansas City area and produces events nationwide, including in Nashville, Dallas, Orlando, Chicago, San Diego, and Miami.
How do I know what production package my event needs?
Start with audience size and room layout. A 100-person meeting is usually well served by projection and a simple stage, while 300+ attendees typically need LED walls and IMAG cameras so the back of the room can see presenters. Bluefox Production recommends a package after a planning call and venue site visit.
Can Bluefox Production produce more than one event type for the same client?
Yes. Many clients use Bluefox Production for several formats, such as an annual all-company meeting, a fall gala, and livestreamed town halls throughout the year. Using one production team across events keeps branding, quality, and planning consistent.
How far in advance should I book event production?
Book 4–8 weeks ahead for corporate meetings, 3–6 months for conferences, and 4–9 months for all-company meetings and galas. Book earlier for events between September and December, the busiest season for galas, conferences, and holiday parties.
Does Bluefox Production travel for events?
Yes. Bluefox Production travels its core crew and equipment from the Kansas City area to events nationwide. Travel costs are listed as a separate line item on every quote so clients can compare them directly against local and venue in-house options.
